Your Nutritional Therapy Consultation
First, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals with my Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire. We will go through this in detail in your first consultation. During the initial consultation, I will also assess your health history, eating habits, food preferences and lifestyle. This will help me develop your nutritional plan.
- Holistic investigation of your medical history
- Individual dietary, lifestyle and health goals
- Menu ideas and recipes
- Email support
Note: Supplements and tests are an additional cost and will only be recommended where necessary.
