About me

Tired of not knowing what to eat to improve your health, your performance and energy levels? Unleash the power of food and say goodbye to dieting forever. It’s time to restore your balance and take control of your health.

Improve your performance

Good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle can transform your ability to perform in any situation. Whether you're an elite athlete, recreational athlete, busy entrepreneur, parent, corporate professional or student; nutrition is a key component to your success.

No more food fears, body anxieties or restrictive diets

I can help you develop a better relationship with food and break complex nutritional goals into small, strategic daily practices that will help you improve your health and fitness. No matter what challenges you’re dealing with, I’ll help you eat, move, and live better. My goal is to equip you with all the knowledge and motivation you need until you can fly on your own.

A passion for excellence

My coaching methods have been time-tested and proven with hundreds of clients to date. Over the last 8 years, I have been constantly tweaking and improving my programs based on the latest in nutrition, exercise and psychology research.

Your Nutritional Therapy Consultation

First, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals with my Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire. We will go through this in detail in your first consultation. During the initial consultation, I will also assess your health history, eating habits, food preferences and lifestyle. This will help me develop your nutritional plan.

Support includes

  • Holistic investigation of your medical history
  • Individual dietary, lifestyle and health goals
  • Menu ideas and recipes
  • Email support

Note: Supplements and tests are an additional cost and will only be recommended where necessary.

Registered Nutritional Therapist

I am a member of The British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). BANT is regarded as the professional association that represents the seal of excellence for nutritional health professionals and is recognised for Nutritional Therapy by the voluntary regulator, the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

I'm not here to put you on another fad diet, I'm here to help you make realistic lifelong changes to your health. Call 07583 000 109 to book your FREE 20-minute consultation.

Training, qualifications & experience

I studied at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, London, for four years in order to achieve my Nutritional Therapy Diploma before graduating in 2010. I am currently studying for a Master of Science in Sports & Exercise Nutrition and CISSN (Certified Sports Nutritionist of the International Society for Sports Nutrition)
