About me

Gut Health Nutritional Therapist & Holistic Wellness Coach

Are you tired of feeling bloated, sluggish or uncomfortable after eating? Do you wake up tired even after a full night’s sleep, struggle with brain fog, or feel like your mood and energy are all over the place? Are you struggling with weight loss? Maybe you’ve followed advice online, and you’re now more confused and overwhelmed than when you started.

You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Gut health is the foundation of wellbeing. Your gut affects your digestion, energy, mood, skin, immunity and even how clearly you think. I help people improve their gut health, nutrition and overall wellbeing through personalised, practical and sustainable support, without restrictive diets or a one-size-fits-all approach.

I can help if you’re struggling with:

🌿 Bloating, discomfort, or unpredictable digestion
⚡ Low energy, afternoon slumps and feeling tired all the time
🧠 Brain fog, low mood or feeling “not quite yourself”
🥗 Confusion about what to eat, or feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice
🔄 Starting healthy habits but struggling to make them stick

What working with me means for you:

✅ Understand what your body needs and why, so you stop guessing
✅ Feel more comfortable and confident after meals
✅ Have steadier energy throughout the day
✅ Eat in a way that suits your tastes, budget and lifestyle
✅ Build simple, realistic habits that last, with support and accountability along the way

How it works:

We start with a free, no-obligation 15-minute call to talk about what you’d like support with. In your first session we look at the whole picture: your health, symptoms, habits and goals. I then create a personalised plan made for you, and follow-up sessions help you adjust and stay on track as new habits settle in.

Sessions are available online across the UK, or face to face at The Isbourne in Cheltenham.

Nourish your gut. Support your body. Feel your best.

Neurodiversity Nutrition & Wellness Coaching

Do you know what you “should” eat but find it hard to actually do it? Maybe you forget to eat until you’re starving, rely on the same few safe foods, or find meal planning and cooking completely draining. Perhaps your energy crashes, overwhelm builds, and standard healthy-eating advice just doesn’t fit how your brain works.

As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, I understand. My neurodiversity-informed coaching combines nutritional therapy and health coaching with real understanding, so the support works with your brain, not against it.

I can help with:
🧠 Irregular eating, forgetting meals or relying on snacks to get through the day
🍽️ Sensory sensitivities and food preferences that make standard advice unworkable
📋 Meal planning and food routines that feel overwhelming or impossible to keep up
⚡ Energy swings, burnout and overwhelm
🌱 Self-care and routines that feel flexible rather than rigid

What you’ll gain:
✅ Simple, executive-function-friendly food routines you can actually keep up
✅ Meals and snacks that respect your sensory needs and preferences
✅ More stable energy, focus and mood
✅ Less overwhelm and a calmer, kinder relationship with food
✅ Flexible strategies that work on good days and hard days

I offer reasonable adjustments such as written session summaries, reminders, camera-off sessions, shorter or split sessions and communication in your preferred format. Access to Work grant payments are accepted.

This is nutritional therapy, health coaching and wellbeing support. It does not provide diagnosis, assessment or clinical treatment.

Further information

I am a  CNM-trained Nutritional Therapist, Holistic Wellness Coach and Spiritual Teacher based in Gloucestershire. I work with adults, mainly women, offering personalised 1:1 support and small-group workshops. I also offer specialist nutrition and wellbeing coaching for neurodivergent adults shaped by my own lived experience, and I accept Access to Work grant payments.

Premises and locations

Most 1:1 sessions take place online by video call, so clients can join from home or work anywhere in the UK. Face-to-face sessions are available for clients who live nearby, depending on availability, at The Isbourne, 2 Wolseley Terrace, Cheltenham GL50 1TH, an established, accessible wellbeing centre. Group workshops are held at venues around Gloucestershire, and I also run online workshops.

Services

  • Nutritional Therapy- I specialise in gut health: initial consultation (60–75 minutes) followed by follow-up sessions (45–60 minutes), with a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.
  • Neurodiversity Nutrition & Wellness Coaching: 60-minute sessions covering eating routines, meal planning, executive-function-friendly strategies, energy management, flexible routines, managing overwhelm, and food preferences and sensory needs.
  • Holistic Wellness Coaching: 60-minute sessions on habits, routines, self-care, mindset and lifestyle.
  • 1:1 Holistic Personalised Wellness Journey: a 4- or 6-session programme combining the areas most relevant to the client.
  • Workshops: small-group evening sessions such as Nutrition for Neurodivergence, Gut Health and Eat Your Skin Care.

Way of working

Every client starts with a free, no-obligation 15-minute discovery call, so we can talk about their needs and decide the right place to begin. The first session takes a full look at their health, habits and goals, and I then create a personalised plan. Follow-up sessions review progress and adjust the plan while new habits settle in. Sessions can be booked singly or as packages of 3 or 6.

My approach is evidence-based, calm and person-centred. For neurodivergent clients I adapt the way I work to suit each person. Reasonable adjustments I can offer include:

  • Written summaries after each session, so clients don’t need to take notes or remember everything discussed
  • Appointment reminders by email or text
  • Shorter or split sessions, and breaks during sessions when needed
  • The option to keep cameras off during online sessions
Communication in the client’s preferred format (email, text, voice note or call)
  • Information and plans presented visually, in plain language and broken into small, manageable steps
  • Sharing an agenda or questions before the session, so clients know what to expect
  • Flexible appointment times and a relaxed approach to rescheduling
  • A quiet, low-sensory environment for face-to-face sessions, with control over lighting and seating where possible
  • Strategies that work with the client’s sensory needs and food preferences rather than against them
  • Support between sessions by email for quick questions
  • Time to process information, with no pressure to make decisions on the spot

Scope and safeguarding

It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and it does not provide diagnosis or assessment or clinical treatment. I work within my professional scope of practice and refer clients to their GP or another suitable professional when that would be more appropriate. Client information is handled in line with my privacy policy and UK GDPR.
