I am Julie, a BANT registered Nutritional therapist and certified health coach. Following my own mid life health journey I now specialise in supporting female health and hormone imbalances.
My aim is to motivate women to take control of their own health, inspiring them to believe that they can feel and look better, make the necessary changes, be free of pain and have an abundance of energy.
This is achieved by sharing my knowledge and passion to educate and encourage women to nurture and nourish their bodies back to optimal health.
Using scientific research and a functional medicine approach I can arrange private testing for hormone profiles, full thyroid testing, nutrient deficiency testing, in depth gut microbiome testing and much more. Once you have all of this information it will give you a really clear picture and the reassurance of what is happening in your body, from which, we can design your individual plan that will help you to achieve your health goals.
I get a deep sense of satisfaction from helping others and making a difference to their lives; working with women of all ages struggling with hormonal issues leading to difficulty conceiving, stubborn weight gain, PMS, loss of muscle tone, low energy, brain fog, hot flushes, night sweats to regain their health, vitality and wellbeing.
It is possible to enjoy delicious, nutritious foods, it doesn`t have to be difficult or feel like a diet, take back your freedom to reach your goals and enjoy your life again.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
I discuss your individual requirements and assess the best service for your needs.
Here are just a selection of my client testimonials
In September 21 Julie had just passed her exams and was starting her new venture Eatwelltobewell. I am 62 years old and was overweight and feeling tired.
We began with a two hour consultation and my journey to a more healthy lifestyle began. It was easy to follow and Julie was always available to give more advice when needed. We would meet up every month to keep up to date with my progress
After six months my energy levels increased I lost two stone in weight and two inches off my waist. We are now one year three months from the start date and not only have I kept the weight off but feel healthy Julie provides a very professional and caring service. AC
I first went to Julie as I was struggling with PMT. Julie was so welcoming & easy to chat too, she took a full medical history and went into every area with such detail. My feedback had so much depth to it.
I followed her advice and with her guidance I made changes over a 12 week period. After seeing such an improvement in myself I decided to refer my 12 year old daughter who had been experiencing stomach pains, a bloated stomach and general issues on a regular basis. I had been to the GP who had referred her to a paediatrician and then a dietician, however nothing seemed to work.
Julie was so wonderful with my daughter from day one, she really opened up to her and Julie was so patient and understanding. After following a low fodmap diet for 12 weeks I am thrilled to say my daughter is now symptom free. Julie has such enthusiasm and a real passion for her work it is really wonderful to see. She has made my family and myself so much more aware of our lifestyle and we will be forever grateful. SH
Finding Julie is without doubt one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Her nutrition and wellness knowledge is amazing and she has opened my eyes to the less than ideal habits I had picked up and the damage I was causing to my body - sugar addiction, gut issues to name just a few. She has helped me to see that good health is not just about diet but also lifestyle. The simple changes that i have been able to implement and build on with Julie’s help, have been life changing: my diet is unrecognisable now compared to 6 months ago.
Julie always works with you to ensure that any changes are not only sustainable but are also easy to fit into your life without overwhelming you. She offers unwavering support, is always understanding and encouraging in her approach and will be your biggest cheerleader when you succeed in achieving a goal.
Thank you Julie! LC
I am a 54 year old women who has been struggling with mid life symptoms for about 8 years . Julie was highly recommended to me by friends . My experience with the Doctors and their advice on hormone issues hadn’t been very successful. I felt that I was no longer me .
I had a meeting with Julie who made me feel so at ease as she is such a kind friendly person, she took all my history and listened to my concerns and experiences, she gave me a plan to follow with nutritional advice and so much more, we had regular meetings and I can only say that following her advice and plan has changed my life . That may sound over the top but the support and knowledge she shares helps all us ladies so much and nothing is ever too much . She is a wonderful professional but she also becomes a good friend you can’t ask for more. ST
I've been seeing Julie for a few months now after suffering from severe bowel issues for as long as I can remember. I'm now, finally, starting to feel better! After implementing Julie's recommendations which felt manageable and realistic I have seen changes in myself that I have been longing for most of my adult life.
Julie has been positive, friendly and supportive, boosting my self esteem and general well being when I felt like I wasn't on track and reassuring me, showing me how far I'd come in a relatively short period of time. Together, I've made relatively small changes to my diet and lifestyle but the health benefits I've felt have been enormous. Julie's recommendations feel so natural, I can see myself turning them into new habits, waving goodbye to spells of fad dieting, long term laxatives and unhealthy habits.
Thank you Julie for the friendship and support you have shown me in a very professional and caring manner. CR
Julie has been supporting me for approximately 8 months. I first went to Julie for advice & guidance as I wanted to improve my long term health & lose weight. I also suffered from number of issues with my digestion, low immunity, & stress for a number of years. I felt very down about the fact that I couldn’t lose any weight .
On my journey with Julie she has helped me understand the science behind my health issues . She has thoroughly investigated my blood & stool tests , given we advise on what foods to eat & avoid & what supplements to take to improve my immune system & gut issues. She also encouraged me to try yoga which I find very beneficial.
I can’t thank Julie enough I fully trust her expertise I feel like a different person in so many ways & couldn’t recommend her enough. DM
I contacted Julie after being diagnosed after a diagnosis and I must admit I was quite at a low point with my weight loss and lack of energy. Having my life evolved around fitness it was a complete drain mentally and physically of what I couldn’t do anymore. I have done challenging things in my life but literally this diagnosis put a hand break turn in my lifestyle. I was deflated.
I had a one to one open chat with Julie, lifestyle eating habits and drinking no holds barred. I then followed a specific diet carefully monitored by Julie
We were both committed 💯 my wife was awesome in taking on board the next 12 week commitment, quite a challenge for us with supplements, total food change smoothies, food that I have never eaten.
Six weeks in nothing was changing my weight dropped to 10st 7 feeling awful no energy probably at my lowest point to be blunt what ever I ate went straight through within 10 mins I had no energy for my physical job training and feeling tired and feeling crap. I think at this stage Julie was a bit concerned she was golden bless her.
Looking back at the last 12 weeks I made the mistake of still trying to train , swimming, biking and work wise physically grafting at least covering 20,000 plus steps a day. It was to much for the calorific deficit.
I hit a wall.
12 weeks in and oh my goodness what a difference 🤩 feeling stronger swimming every day and my stomach has never felt so good. It’s like a switch has been flicked. I am now eating gluten free but with no symptoms how fantastic
I can’t thank and recommend Julie so much she has made our family Christmas .
Thank you Julie for your compassion, knowledge and for genuinely being a nice person.
Feel free to share Julie I hope it helps someone else that can benefit from your knowledge x DL
Julie has been a big help in pointing us all in the right direction of what to to eat and why, she so knowledgeable about the benefits of eating healthy to make you feel better and proving that every day symptoms that most of us probably suffer from can be controlled with what we eat Julie is friendly and puts you at ease a great consultation even in your own home would highly recommend a visit if you want to make some changes to your life JH
Julie is such a lovely lady , very knowledgeable, I first heard of her via Facebook Monday evening live video chats I reached out to her and she has been so helpful and supportive in advising me how to navigate thru mid life hormonal issues. I’m taking small steps , probably not changing my habits as quickly as I should but the small steps I have already taken are helping me , Julie gave me so much information and is literally on hand to help if you have any queries, she is very supportive and sets out your plan in an achievable way. I would definitely recommend her service TL
