About me
I’m a registered nutritional therapist specialising in brain health and performance nutrition. I work with adults who want to support memory, focus, and long-term cognitive health, as well as active individuals who are doing many of the right things but still feel that something is holding them back, whether that’s energy levels, body composition, or recovery.
My approach is evidence-based and rooted in functional medicine. I look beyond symptoms to understand what’s driving them, using personalised strategies based on a client’s unique physiology, goals, and lifestyle. I’m particularly passionate about supporting those who feel let down by generic advice, or who are already proactive about their health but want expert guidance to take it further.
For brain health, I support early intervention in cognitive decline, functional memory concerns, and long-term mental performance. Many of my clients are motivated by a family history of Alzheimer’s or concern of becoming a burden to loved ones. I offer a collaborative space where we can explore factors such as blood sugar regulation, nutrient status, gut-brain axis dysfunction, and oxidative stress - all of which influence cognitive health.
I also work with active individuals and recreational athletes, including those training for events. I support clients in tailoring their nutrition to match their training demands and health goals, often helping them work through fatigue, gut symptoms, hormonal disruption, or progress plateaus. My own background in transforming my health, discovering a love for fitness later in life, and completing events including marathon and Hyrox gives me a real-world perspective on how to make these changes sustainable when life is already busy.
I offer consultations online or in-person (North Kent) and provide ongoing support through either one-off dietary reviews or longer programmes, with a clear focus on education and empowerment. Supplement recommendations and functional testing are available where they will support progress. Clients are supported not just with information, but with achievable, real-life strategies that build clarity, confidence, and sustainable change.
