I work one-to-one with individuals to create a bespoke nutritional program; addressing your specific health concerns and getting to the root of the problem. My style is evidence based, but my approach will vary according to your unique requirements and goals.
I will initially build a complete picture of your health and from there I will create a personalised program, complete with realistic dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, all tailored specifically to your preferences and lifestyle.

The 12 Week body transformation program is £260
Initial consultations are £110 (approximately 75 minutes).
Follow-up consultations are £65 (approximately 45 minutes).
*I work on a sliding scale with reduced rates for those who are keen to work with me.
