How I can help you
At Westwood Wellness, I offer friendly, personalised nutrition support to help you feel more confident about food and understand what works for your body.
I have a particular interest in bowel health, and can help you manage symptoms like bloating, constipation and diarrhoea. I can also support you with understanding your nutritional needs, improving your dietary intake and finding practical ways to manage eating-related challenges.
Whether you’re struggling with ongoing digestive symptoms, feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice or simply unsure where to start, we can work together to find realistic, evidence-based approaches that fit your life.
My aim is to help you feel listened to, supported and more confident in making choices that work for you - without unnecessary restrictions or complicated rules.
What your first session would involve
Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to talk about you, your concerns and what you would like help with.
We’ll explore your symptoms or nutritional challenges, your current eating habits, medical history and anything else that may be relevant. I’ll also ask how things are affecting your day-to-day life and what you’ve already tried.
Together, we’ll identify your priorities and agree on a plan tailored to your needs. This might include practical dietary changes, strategies to help manage bowel symptoms or ways to improve your nutritional intake.
There’s no judgement and no one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll have time to ask questions, talk through your concerns and decide on achievable next steps at a pace that feels right for you.
My aim is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of your situation and a practical way forward.
