In the picture I’m drinking a ‘liver flush’ drink at a health spa in Thailand, not a sugary cocktail! Saying that, my way of working is all about finding balance, connecting with the reasons behind our actions and learning how to mindfully indulge! How it works
Packages are recommended as opposed to one-off sessions because working through specific health issues and unravelling imbalances takes time. Nutritional and lifestyle medicine takes commitment and a willingness to make changes. Packages allow you to be supported and coached throughout the process rather than leaving you to go it alone. You'll be sent a nutrition questionnaire and food diary to be filled in before your first consultation.
What you get:
- Initial 90 minute consultation (can be online)
- Follow-up appointments 45 minutes (can be online)
- 15 minute telephone check-ins (frequency dependant on package you choose)
- Detailed written nutritional treatment plan, including lifestyle and supplement recommendations
- Email support
- 12 weeks of support (recommended for complex health issues)
- Functional testing where appropriate (additional cost)

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Nutritional Therapist. I qualified in 2008, so have over ten years of experience. I am also a member of BANT.
I'm a qualified yoga and meditation teacher and often combine relaxation and mindfulness techniques with nutritional therapy to address stress related issues.
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.

I prefer working daytimes, however do get in touch to discuss your requirements. I usually have a couple of evening and weekend appointments available by request.
A little bit more about me - I lived in Thailand for three years as the executive health consultant in a detox and wellness retreat, then moved to Berlin where I ran detox workshops, before giving birth to my beautiful daughter in the Spring of 2012. I enjoyed a healthy and vibrant pregnancy and a non-medicated natural water birth, thanks to the wisdom of yoga and meditation and by following a healthy lifestyle. I now live in Brighton where I love dining out, being by the sea, enjoying quality time with my family and friends and being a conscious mama. For me, a healthy lifestyle is all about finding balance.
Location - Central Hove, a short walk from Hove train station. Numerous buses stop just outside the clinic. I also consult via Skype for clients who are not in Brighton and Hove. I also consult from Clapham Therapy Rooms for those in London.
At Clapham Junction station there is parking available with JustPark.com. The Therapy rooms are also located approximately 20-30 minutes walk to either Clapham Common underground station or Wandsworth Common Overground.
