About me
I see clients in one to one consultations at Emporium Health and Wellbeing Studios outside Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Nutritional therapy aims to enhance your overall health and wellbeing and may also be relevant to those with chronic conditions. It recognises that each one of us is biochemically unique and addresses individual imbalances to identify how they may be contributing to any health concerns. It helps you to get your body back in balance.
The right nutrition may improve your energy and vitality, your mood, help you achieve good blood sugar balance, improve your digestion and manage your weight in a healthy way.
Clients are initially asked to complete a nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire before the consultation which will last an hour. Taking into account current nutritional status, food preferences and any medications, personalised nutrition plans are devised to support you in optimising your health. Follow up consultations are usually 3-4 weeks later.
