About me

Hello, my name is Itziar. I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I work with individuals who have been through Breast Cancer Treatment and are looking for ways to regain their health. I have a holistic approach that combines nutritional advice, wellbeing coaching, and DNA testing. I provide my clients with Personal Nutritional Programmes that are individual, science-based, and tailored specifically to them. These programmes take into account my client's health goals, their health journey, genes, lifestyle, age, and their dietary preferences.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully insured, registered Nutritional Therapist with a degree in Nutritional Medicine from West London University. I am a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and accredited by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is an accredited nutrition register regulated by the Profesional Standards Authority of the United Kingdom. I am also a full member of the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP), and a DNA Registered Certified Practitioner. I am currently going training as a Wellbeing Coach with the prestigious 'The Chrysalis Effect' Wellness Centre.

I have worked for over 4 years with cancer patients, on cancer wards, and in clinics, in two different NHS Trusts, providing cancer nutrition. I also have more than 3 years of experience running a weight management clinic in a North London Cancer Centre – supporting patients during and after their cancer treatment; in particular, breast cancer patients. Currently, I work full-time in London, helping individuals to regain their health after their breast cancer treatment.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
