About me

Nutrition and its links to health has been a life-long interest of mine. I strongly believe that nutrition is a key part in achieving a healthy and creative life. Furthermore, I am convinced that prevention, through optimal nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, is the best medicine of all.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully insured, registered Nutritional Therapist with a degree in Nutritional Medicine from West London University. I am a member of the British Association of Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and accredited by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), which is an accredited nutrition register regulated by the Professional Standards Authority of the United Kingdom. I am an accredited Wellbeing Coach with the prestigious 'The Chrysalis Effect' Wellness Centre, and a DNA Registered Certified Practitioner.

I have worked for over 4 years with cancer patients, on cancer wards, and in clinics, in two different NHS Trusts, providing cancer nutrition. I also have more than 3 years of experience running a weight management clinic in a North London Cancer Centre – supporting patients during and after their treatment; in particular, breast cancer patients. Currently, I work full-time in Oxford, helping individuals to regain their health after their breast cancer treatment.
