About me

I'm Holly and I've been researching nutrition and health for about three decades now. I'm particularly focused on the relationship between nutrition and mental well-being, being fascinated by the relationship between humans and plants,  in terms of horticulture, foraging and the use of herbs. My worldview could be described as Vedic or yogic whereby nutrition is a key factor in experiencing a sense of connection with each other, nature, and what lies beyond.

I advise on nutrition for a range of health issues, in particular Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition for yoga; nutrition for cognition and mental well-being, weight management and eye health.

In addition to recommendations on diet and supplementation  I help with recipes, the preparation of simple herbal remedies and growing herbs.

If you come to me for a consultation we work together to get to the root of your concerns rather than just alleviate symptoms. I help you make changes in your diet and lifestyle that are easy and enjoyable to implement so you get sustainable results. I advise on food choices, supplements, and, where applicable,  tonic herbs. Of course, we take into account your preferences and way of life.

Consultations are via Zoo or phone depending on your preference. We agree on a consultation time via email discussion and I send you a confidential questionnaire so that we can use the consultation time for maximum benefit.

I am happy to chat for 15 minutes on the phone while we figure out if and how I can help you. Please click the discovery button to book this service.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I do work with and can advise on vegetarian, vegan, ketogenic, and raw diets, also showing you how you can make adaptations for your situation. I can also help with healthy recipes when required.

In addition to advice and guidance, I offer you a range of tests including food sensitivities, health DNA testing, and a wide range of blood tests including hormones and heavy metals.  A unique range of nutritional products and tonic herbs is also available.

In an initial 90-minute consultation we work to get to the root of the matter through a confidential questionnaire, going through the history behind the issues you present. I listen to what is going on for you, your symptoms, and your account of the story of the situation. This brings us to the root of the issue and gives the real starting point for a way forward to optimal health and well-being.

Shorter consultations I available where applicable.

Therapies available can include supplements, tonic herbs, powerful living foods, hormone, and neurotransmitter balancing, optimising brain biochemistry including neurotransmitters and hormones, EMF protection, plus the implementation of advanced lifestyle practices and therapies. We take a step-by-step approach so that you can comfortably implement my proposals. You remain in the driving seat. I follow up consultations with email support for any further questions.
