About me
Helena Barham-Coppola is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist based on Harley Street, London, specialising in women’s health and fertility optimisation. She works with women to support hormonal balance, improve energy, and restore a healthy menstrual cycle as a foundation for long-term wellbeing.
Her approach combines evidence-based nutrition with a deeper focus on the nervous system, mindset, and emotional health, recognising that true vitality comes from alignment across body and mind. Helena supports clients with concerns such as PMOS, endo, burnout, and natural weight management, as well as those preparing for pregnancy now or in the future.
Through personalised programmes, she helps women move beyond quick fixes and build sustainable, nourishing lifestyles that support both fertility and overall health.

Helena has a decade of experience in working and studying all things food, science, and wellbeing. She has a degree in Nutritional Science, a diploma in Personalised Nutrition Practice, a certificate in Biochemistry, a qualification in Neurolinguistic Programming, and is also a trained Chef, Hypnotherapist, and Yoga and Meditation teacher.
