About me
I'm Harriet, a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, based in Dorset.
I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
I'm a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the General Naturopathic Council.
I became interested in naturopathic approaches to health and well-being during my early twenties through my yoga practice. I was fascinated by the body's incredible adaptability and healing capabilities. This led me to train in Naturopathic Nutrition.
My Services:
My approach is grounded in utilising the science of nutrition, alongside traditional and modern approaches to dietary and lifestyle change, to help individuals achieve their health goals. I believe symptoms are often the body's way of signalling an underlying problem.
Utilising my Health Coach training, my goal is to create attainable and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes personalised to each client. My approach is driven by the client's situation, health goals, and unique circumstances.
My practice supports the body's natural capabilities, which is why the foundations of my approach are holistic, bespoke, and rooted in the science of nutrition and lifestyle to create the right environment for health and well-being.
My Packages:
I offer one-on-one consultations, in person or online, with three packages to choose from:
- New Client Package - an initial consultation and a mandatory follow-up consultation.
- Follow-up Package - for existing clients wanting continued support.
- The Year-Long Support Package - this twelve-month package is designed for those seeking support with chronic conditions, fertility, or weight loss.
More information about my packages can be found on my Facebook page: facebook.com/harrietnutritionist
