About me
I’m Hannah, a registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in Bristol and currently running my practice online and welcoming clients from across the UK and worldwide.
I work with clients who want to make sense of their symptoms, better understand what their body is communicating and make meaningful, sustainable changes through food and lifestyle.
My practice combines evidence-informed nutritional science with a compassionate, realistic approach - supporting you to feel more balanced, confident and connected to your health.
While I have a particular interest in women’s health, I also support both men and women with a wide range of health concerns - from digestive support to energy levels and immune health to hormonal imbalances.
This may be a good fit for you if you’d like support to:
- Feel more energised and focused, using nutrition and lifestyle foundations rather than quick fixes

- Support mood, stress resilience and emotional wellbeing through nutrition and lifestyle strategies
- Work towards a healthy weight in a balanced, sustainable and non-restrictive way
- Support immune function and skin health

- Gain a clearer understanding of what your symptoms may be signalling, and explore potential underlying contributors in a structured, holistic way

What is Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is a complementary approach to healthcare that supports you in improving and optimising your wellbeing in a personalised and sustainable way.
It isn’t a quick fix, and it isn’t about rigid rules. Meaningful change takes time, care and collaboration. We work together to understand what your body may be asking for, and to build supportive habits that feel realistic and achievable in everyday life. Depending on your goals and health history, this process may take several months, but the aim is always to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to support your health long term.
As a naturopathic practitioner, I’m trained to look beyond surface symptoms and ask why. I consider the interplay between diet, lifestyle, stress, environment and individual biochemistry, with the intention of identifying underlying drivers and gently supporting the body back towards balance.
If you’re unsure whether Nutritional Therapy is right for you, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call. This gives us space to briefly explore your concerns, your goals, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
When you feel ready to take the next step in supporting your health, I’d be very happy to hear from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), graduating with distinction in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy (DipNT). Prior to this, I completed the Comprehensive Naturopathic Nutrition Advanced Diploma (Healing Diets) with the School of Natural Medicine, further deepening my understanding of naturopathic principles and therapeutic nutrition.
My training combines clinical science with a whole-person approach, including functional assessment, nutritional biochemistry, dietary analysis and lifestyle medicine. I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly undertake further training to ensure my practice remains current, evidence-informed and within professional scope. I will be undertaking advanced fertility nutrition training with The Fertility Nutrition Centre in March 2026.
Alongside my clinical work, I bring over a decade of experience in marketing, communications and small business management. I am also a mother following IVF, which has given me a personal understanding of the realities of navigating treatment, balancing work and family life, and the importance of practical, sustainable support. This perspective informs the empathy and realism I bring to client care.

By working alongside a UK regulatory body for Naturopathy and other naturopathically-minded professional associations, the NNA aims to both promote to the public the benefits of naturopathic nutrition and encourage Nutritional Therapists to develop further therapeutic skills.
