About me

121 Dietitian is led by Northern Ireland’s award-winning and highly experienced Dietitian Gillian Killiner BSc (Hons), MSc, RD, mBDA, HCPC.

With 30 years of expertise in hospital, private, and freelance settings, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of people reclaim their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition.

I was the first Dietitian trained to the Charter Mark Standard at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, London, and brought this excellence home to Northern Ireland where I specialised in Haematology at Belfast City Hospital, with further training in Paediatrics, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, and Oncology.

At 121 Dietitian, we understand that every client is unique. That’s why we take time to assess the whole person—not just isolated symptoms. Our tailored nutrition programmes are designed to support long-term health goals, whether you're managing a medical condition, optimising your wellbeing, or seeking support with lifestyle change.

We proudly offer flexible appointment options via our secure online portal or in-person clinics—available UK, Ireland, and globally—from 8am to 10pm.
