About me

Maybe you've been told your results are "normal," or maybe you've just never got to the bottom of why you feel this way. Either way, if you're exhausted, bloated, struggling with your weight, or simply not yourself, that gap between how you "should" feel and how you actually feel is exactly where I work.

I'm a science-led Nutrition Therapist specialising in women's hormone and gut health, working in functional, holistic, root-cause nutrition. With a BSc in Biomedical Science and a Distinction in my MSc in Nutrition, I bring a genuinely evidence-based approach to your symptoms, looking past quick fixes to find the root cause of what's holding you back.

I help women who are tired of guessing and ready for answers, particularly those struggling with:

  • Bloating, reflux, or unpredictable digestion
  • Low energy, fatigue, or poor sleep
  • Hormone and blood sugar imbalances
  • Cycle changes, PMS, and the hormonal shifts of midlife
  • Hormonal imbalances affecting your energy, mood, skin, and weight
  • Stubborn weight that won't shift despite your best efforts
  • Stress, low mood, or burnout

Where it helps, I use private functional testing such as stool, hormone, and nutrient analysis to understand exactly what's going on, rather than guessing. From there I build a realistic, personalised plan that fits your life, not the other way around.

There's no one-size-fits-all here. Every plan is tailored to your body, your routine, and your goals, with steady support so the changes actually last.

If you'd like to explore how I can help, book a free 15-minute discovery call. I'd love to help you feel like yourself again.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science

  • MSc Nutrition, awarded with Distinction

  • Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)

  • Registered member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP)

My background in biomedical science means I read your symptoms, health history, and any test results through a clinical, physiology-first lens. I combine that scientific grounding with practical, real-world nutrition, so my recommendations are both evidence-based and genuinely doable.

I undertake ongoing professional development in digestive health, women's hormone health, and metabolic health. I've worked with clients across the full range of gut and hormone-related concerns, from chronic bloating and IBS-type symptoms to fatigue, cycle issues, thyroid and PCOS concerns, perimenopause, and weight that won't budge despite real effort.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information

Real, lasting change rarely comes from a single appointment. It comes from consistent, personalised support, so most of my clients choose to work with me through a structured package.

Packages start from £199 over 4 weeks and are designed to give you lasting results, not a quick fix. Each one is built around you and typically includes:

  • A detailed online health questionnaire before we begin
  • An in-depth 60-minute initial consultation
  • A fully personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan
  • Tailored supplement recommendations
  • Regular check-ins and support between sessions
  • Longer packages are available for deeper or more complex work, giving you the time and support to make changes that genuinely stick.

If you'd prefer to start smaller, I also offer one-off initial consultations and follow-up sessions, a good option if you have a specific concern or want to explore working together first.

Where appropriate, I also arrange private functional testing, such as stool, hormone, and nutrient analysis, so we can take a truly targeted approach. Testing is quoted separately depending on what's right for you.

We'll find the right fit for you on your free 15-minute discovery call, so you can see how we'd work together before committing to anything.

Further information

I believe good nutrition isn't about perfection, it's about progress. My goal is to help you understand your own body, feel confident in your choices, and build habits that genuinely last.

If you've been told "everything looks fine" but you still don't feel right, you're carrying stubborn weight you can't explain, or you're overwhelmed by conflicting advice online, I can help you cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters for your health.

You don't have to keep guessing. Let's find the root cause together and build a clear, realistic path forward.
