About me
I believe wellbeing is shaped by the rhythms of daily life — what we eat, how we move, how we rest, and how well our bodies adapt to ongoing demands. Many women function capably on the outside while quietly navigating low energy, hormonal shifts or persistent stress underneath. My role is to support you in restoring steadiness, resilience and confidence in your health through personalised nutritional therapy.
My approach is holistic yet practical. I combine nutritional science with realistic lifestyle strategies to help stabilise energy, support hormonal balance and build sustainable habits that fit into your real life, not add to the pressure of it.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients with sustainable weight loss, gut health, skin conditions including rosacea, and women's health across all life stages. Whether you are navigating hormonal changes, persistent digestive discomfort, a skin condition that has not responded to topical treatments alone, or simply looking to feel more energised and well in yourself, I offer a personalised, evidence-informed approach built around your individual needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a proud member of BANT and registered with the CNHC, ensuring you receive high-quality care that adheres to the highest professional standards. I graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London in 2018, completing three years of training that included academic study, over 200 hours of clinical practice, and valuable practical experience.
