About me
My name is Fiona Berry, Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc) mBANT CNHC, delivering Nutritional Therapy consultations globally.
‘itstheberries’ was born from a moment in 2016, where after a successful 20 year career in advertising, I found myself becoming sick repeatedly. After many unsuccessful visits to the doctor and numerous tests, I discovered the answers I needed were to be found in nutrition and lifestyle. Through managing my own immune system imbalances and making the appropriate changes I desperately needed, I decided I couldn’t keep this new found knowledge to myself. After a lot of research I committed to changing careers and becoming a registered Nutritional Therapist by gaining a degree. This entailed 5 years of studying for a BSc in Nutritional Therapeutics, so I am now able to share this knowledge with other people who are experiencing their own poor health.
I've since worked in a corporate wellbeing role for five years, looking after a workforce of thousands of people. My passion is for making an impact for individuals, as well as supporting groups in understanding the root cause of a variety of symptoms that they may be experiencing and have been unable to resolve on their own or through traditional healthcare routes.

Further information
As your nutritional therapist, I am dedicated to supporting you as a unique individual, without judgement. Rather than a one-size-fits-all diet or programme, I will take a close look at every angle of your health and lifestyle to provide a plan that is realistic, manageable and enjoyable just for you. Your consultation will give you:
- Time to discuss health concerns.
- A tailored nutritional recommendations plan.
- Advice on healthy eating and meal preparation.
- Advice on obtaining and asking for testing with your GP, and in some instances private testing (at an additional cost).
- Advice on safe and useful supplements.
- Support between appointments.
- Advice on other holistic lifestyle recommendations.
Initial Consultations require a completed Health & Lifestyle questionnaire to be returned at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment, and includes a 3 day food diary. The initial consultation will last around 90 minutes and will usually require at least two follow up appointments.
