About me

I’m Fiona Berry, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (BSc) mBANT CNHC, offering personalised Nutritional Therapy consultations worldwide.

If you’re living with ongoing symptoms, low energy, immune issues, or a general sense that something isn’t right, yet you’ve struggled to find clear answers - you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me feeling unheard, frustrated, and tired of chasing quick fixes that don’t address the real problem.

My work is rooted in helping you understand why your body is behaving the way it is, and what it truly needs to restore balance, resilience, and long-term health. Together, we look beyond symptoms to uncover root causes, using evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle support, and practical, sustainable changes that fit into real life.

My journey into nutritional therapy began in 2016, after experiencing repeated illness myself following a long and demanding 20-year career in advertising. Despite numerous medical appointments and tests, the answers I needed didn’t arrive until I explored nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Learning how to support my own immune imbalances was transformative and it sparked a complete career change.

I went on to complete five years of study, earning a BSc in Nutritional Therapeutics, so I could safely and professionally support others facing similar challenges. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve spent five years working in corporate wellbeing, supporting the health of thousands of employees. This has shaped my ability to communicate clearly, meet people where they are, and translate complex science into simple, actionable guidance.

Whether you’re seeking one-to-one support or navigating long-standing health concerns that haven’t resolved through conventional routes, my aim is to help you feel empowered, informed, and confident in your body again with a plan that’s tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Please reach out for an informal chat to see if you feel I am the right person to help support you in improving your health.

Best wishes,

Fiona

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information

Your nutritional therapist is dedicated to supporting you as a unique individual, without judgement. Rather than a one-size-fits-all diet or programme, therapists will look at every angle of your health and lifestyle to provide a plan that is realistic, manageable and enjoyable just for you.

Your consultation will give you:

  • Time to discuss health concerns.
  • A tailored nutritional recommendations plan.
  • Advice on healthy eating and meal preparation.
  • Advice on obtaining and asking for testing with your GP, and in some instances private testing (at an additional cost).
  • Advice on safe and useful supplements.
  • Support between appointments.
  • Advice on other holistic lifestyle recommendations.

What happens ahead of your appointment:

We’ll usually schedule a 15 minute phone call so I can find out more about the issue. Once we’ve established more about the symptoms we can access the right package for your needs. I’ll then set you up on a secure platform and send over some forms ahead of your first appointment, which is your ‘Initial Consultations’. These require a completed Health & Lifestyle questionnaire to be returned at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment, and includes a 2 day food diary. The initial consultation will last around 90 minutes and will usually require at least two follow up appointments.
