Work with Emma

I offer individual consultations which can be ideal if you have some mild symptoms or gut health concerns, that will require support from a few sessions. I also support my clients through one-one programs. These can be appropriate if you’ve been experiencing gut health issues for a number of weeks, months or years, and/or have been medically diagnosed with a particular condition, support over time is where the most success is seen.

My programs provide regular sessions to support you on your health journey and are designed to address your individual needs. We will together understand your health history and symptoms, you will receive comprehensive nutritional explanation of what is ‘going on’ with your gut health and together we will come up with a focused nutrition and lifestyle plan that is suitable for you.

I offer three different programs over different periods time, with varying levels of support:

  • Digestion Wellness Foundation Program (3 months)
  • Digestion Wellness Advanced Program (4 months)
  • Digestion Wellness Comprehensive Program (6 months)
