I am a registered nutritional therapist and certified health coach offering 1 to 1 online consultations.
I work with busy mums and women on the go who need help with their digestion, weight or hormonal balance. This often leads to improvements in other areas, such as energy, sleep, stress and mental health.
I combine nutrition and lifestyle advice with health coaching, which gives clients a complete solution that helps them to stay motivated and focused.
I offer new clients a FREE 30 Minute Health Assessment where we can discuss your wellness goals and how nutritional therapy can support you.
“Thank you for your awesome coaching, support, knowledge and recipe sharing, Emma. Our sessions have given me a renewed commitment to making healthier choices. I really felt happier for putting myself first more and from seeing the results over a six-week period!" Imogen
"Emma is a brilliant practitioner and I would encourage anyone with a health niggle or problem, to go see her! I again want to thank you for all your advice and help, you have been simply amazing!" Jenny
“Emma was very easy to work with! I was struggling with fatigue, bloating and late night snacking. After working with Emma, I quickly lost 4 pounds and am now making positive changes to my nutrition which has helped me move forward.” Sharne

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
