About me
I am Katerina, a Registered Dietitian passionate about holistic health and helping people to find self-compassion and self – acceptance, so they can become the best version of themselves. My mantra in life is “It’s about progression and not perfection”.
My passion lies in educating clients on how to take care of their body and nourish themselves, while satisfying their soul. Food is about so much more than just nutrients. Having a flexible and peaceful relationship with food is key.
In our sessions, we will focus on healing your relationship with food, instead of focusing on what you can take out of your diet. We will be exploring your current lifestyle and eating habits in order to take a step by step holistic approach towards your goals.
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, I completed both my Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Nutrition and Masters of Science (MSc) in Dietetics at King’s College London. I also hold a certification in Eating Disorders Training for RDNs and Intuitive Eating training. I use a weight inclusive approach to health and fitness.
