About me
Dietitian for Malnutrition, Frailty & Stroke Recovery
Have you, a family member or friend experienced unintentional weight loss, poor appetite or muscle loss after an illness or hospital discharge?
I am an NHS dietitian specialising in stroke and rehabilitation. I support adults at risk of malnutrition, frailty and deconditioning, particularly following stroke or other medical conditions.
Nutrition plays a vital role in maintaining strength and independence. I provide clear, practical and personalised support to help:
- 1. Prevent further weight loss
- 2. Improve appetite
- 3. Rebuild muscle and strength
- 4. Support recovery at home
- 5. Reduce future stroke and cardiovascular risk
I regularly work with:
- 1. Stroke survivors
- 2. Older adults experiencing weight loss
- 3. Family members worried about a loved one’s nutrition
- 5. Individuals managing high cholesterol, blood pressure or diabetes after stroke
- 6. Healthy weight loss to optimise stroke recovery and reduce future stroke risk factors
Consultations are delivered online, allowing family members to join.
If you’re worried about nutrition for yourself or someone you care for, I’d be happy to help.
If you have suffered a stroke and struggling with your nutrition, you can join the waiting list for a 6 week stroke recovery programme to optimise rehabilitation and gain control over your nutrition.
