About me

Hello my name is Daniel Quinones, a registered nutritional therapist operating out of South London. I am a graduate of the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine where I studied nutritional therapy. I am a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Prior to gaining my qualification in nutrition, I obtained my BA in graphic design and an MA in audio visual production which lead to a career in film-making. As I am always eager to learn and develop my skill set I am currently studying for a MSc in personalised nutrition. I also hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and teach at Aeon BJJ. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach and competitor I have first hand knowledge of the nutritional requirements for an active athlete or competitor. I offer sports nutrition advise for all levels from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts.

Nutritional therapy is an evidence based approach which uses nutritional and lifestyle interventions to support a wide range of health conditions and promote optimal health. Rather than symptom management, my approach is to treat the whole body holistically and identify the root cause of illness. By providing a personalised nutrition protocol I aim to empower the client to regain balance and vitality.
