About me

I am a fully qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist based in central London and I also work in a clinic in Shoreditch, East London.

If you struggle with  GUT Health , ENERGY, WEIGHT-LOSS, LOW MOOD, HORMONAL IMBALANCES, if you have Chronic / Autoimmune Conditions I am here to support you and we can start a positive journey together.

I am particularly interested in gut health and the impact of the gut microbiota on mental health, inflammatory responses and immunity. The focus usually starts on the Gastrointestinal tract for its intricate connection with the brain, endocrine and immune system – Gut-Brain Axis and PNEI-Psycho NeuroEndocrine Immune System.

I have been practicing for many years  and I am very passionate about Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine. I strongly believe in the Hippocrates saying ‘Let your food be the medicine and your medicine be the food’.

Many years ago I struggled with an autoimmune condition and Nutritional Therapy brought me back to life. I experienced directly how dietary and lifestyle modifications can strategically support our health and improve energy, vitality and positivity.

My goal now is to empower other people to take charge of their health, and help them to regain energy and well-being naturally. Our body has an innate capacity of repairing itself to a certain extent but we need to be equipped with the correct tools and knowledge to support this process.  I am here to help you in this journey together to discover the power of nutrition and its life changing benefits.

I follow an evidence based, integrative and functional medicine approach which is person-centred care and focus to address possible root causes.

The journey starts with a comprehensive initial assessment to identify the root causes, potential nutritional imbalances and lifestyle factors which may contribute to an array of health issues. The sessions are conducted in a relaxed, comfortable and never judgemental way. My bespoke plans are easy to understand and are not regimented in any way. They include nutrition, supplements and lifestyle recommendations and are tailored to the unique biological individuality of each client, taking into account each personal health journey, health goals and dietary preferences.

I may recommend specific functional testing where appropriate. These can be very helpful in certain situations but are always optional.

I often work alongside medical professionals to support individuals’ health and I have worked supporting a varied range of symptoms related to chronic/autoimmune conditions. I also often see clients who simply want to enhance their well-being, energy and/or want to lose weight.

I work with clients in the UK and internationally and I work in English and Italian.

Consultations can be arranged either in-person at the practice or online.
