Please specify which clinic you would like to come and see me at when you contact me.

I am an experienced Nutritional Therapist who is passionate and dedicated to helping people achieve their goals to become healthy & full of vitality! If you would like to feel like a different person in just a few months then contact me! I am here to help you get your life back on track and stay on track!

I provide dietary, supplement & lifestyle advice, dietary analysis & private testing where appropriate. I design each protocol especially for you with recipe & menu ideas, hand-outs & any other information specific to you. I also conduct workshops for the corporate/professional environment to help people who are under pressure or have limited time to eat well & look after themselves!

I see clients for a minimum of 2 sessions, but for more complex issues I may see you for longer.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a BSc Honors Degree from Westminster University in Nutritional Therapy.
I am a member of BANT and CNHC accredited.
I am fully insured to practice Nutritional Therapy.
I am involved in Continual Professional Development (C.P.D.) to help further my knowledge.

Since starting my own business Nutri-Kind Nutrition, I am pleased to say it has been growing steadily ever since, with a regular intake of new clients and now has seven clinics in total to choose from!

I have extensive experience from working with the London Scottish rugby team and professional footballers/boxers, pre-natal groups, health initiatives for children, personal trainers, various private nutrition clinics in London & Essex, supplement shops (The Nutricentre) & Lloyds Pharmacy as their in house Nutritional Therapist.

I have lectured on nutrition at schools/colleges in Essex and do various talks in London to the corporate world on healthy eating & foods for energy, plus many more topics.

I have edited nutrition books, written articles for various magazines & supplement companies, worked with IKEA on their recent sleep retreat giving advice on how to get better sleep & regularly lecture for Mamas & Papas at their Mum to be events. I have also designed menus for restaurants & ensured they have sections dedicated to allergies & intolerances.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

The cost of the initial one hour consultation will be £110, which includes the individual plan to take away afterwards that I work on and 50 minute follow ups are £95, which includes an updated plan, which are normally 3-4 weeks after the initial, but can be before if you wish.

If you require a longer initial consultation of one and a half hours this will be £145 for the initial. The same goes for the follow up, if you require a longer follow up of one hour, this will be charged at £110.

If you require genetic testing there is an additional charge of £150 on top to analyse the results and produce a report for you that accompanies your nutritional plan. Any other test reports (from function testing done privately) will be £30 per analysis in addition to the consultation fee.

Buy nutritional consultation vouchers for family members or friends as a birthday or Christmas present! Vouchers cost £110 each and are valid for 3 months. Contact me direct to purchase.

I charge £175 for an hour workshop, or £250 to do a 2 hour workshop on healthy eating or any other specialist area you require.

I also do packages of 3 months nutrition support with added extras, please see my website for more details.

*If supplements & functional testing are required this is at an additional cost.
