About me
Hello, I’m Chloe, a Registered Dietitian with specialist experience in weight management, obesity care, bariatric surgery, metabolic health, women’s health, and fertility nutrition.
I am passionate about helping people develop sustainable eating habits that support long-term health and wellbeing. Through both specialist clinical services and personalised one-to-one consultations, I have supported individuals with a wide range of nutritional needs, helping them make realistic, meaningful changes that fit their lifestyle and personal goals.
My approach is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to you. I understand that every person’s journey is unique, which is why I take the time to explore your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, daily routines, and health goals. Together, we will create a personalised plan that feels achievable, enjoyable, and sustainable, without relying on restrictive diets or quick fixes.
I have a particular interest in women’s health and fertility nutrition, supporting clients with fertility challenges, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, and pregnancy. I am passionate about helping women understand the connection between nutrition and hormonal health, manage symptoms effectively, and feel empowered to make informed decisions throughout every stage of life.
My goal is to provide expert guidance, ongoing support, and accountability while helping you build confidence in your food choices and develop lasting habits that support your health for years to come.
