About me

Hello, my name is Brooke and I am a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapy practitioner. I offer personalised nutrition advice to support your wellness journey. Whether you are battling with hormonal imbalances, an autoimmune condition or weight loss, nutrition may support you in your journey.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always known one thing for sure: I wanted to help people.
I initially earned a degree in Education from Winchester University, but towards the end of my studies, I realised that teaching didn’t align with my passions and values.

Around this time, I decided to come off the contraceptive pill and was hit with a wave of hormonal issues. When I was told the only solution was to go back on the pill, I felt there had to be another way. I started researching everything I could — but the more I read, the more confused and overwhelmed I became. Everything seemed to contradict itself, and my symptoms weren’t improving. I know and truly understand how frustrating and confusing it can be to navigate hormonal symptoms, especially with so much conflicting information out there.

Whilst hormonal health is close to my heart, I also support people with weight management. I aim to create a space where you feel understood and supported. My approach is evidence-based, practical, grounded, and designed to help you find a way forward that feels right for you.

Personalised nutrition recognises that one-size-fits-all dietary advice often falls short, especially when addressing complex issues such as hormonal imbalance, energy levels, weight management. My consultation process is thorough and looks at all aspects of your life over the years to determine the best plan for you. Functional testing may be required, depending on the outcome of the consultation, particularly where hormones are concerned. All my plans are completely personalised and made for each individual client that walks through the door and is adjusted after each session to ensure you are happy.

Ensuring that you feel safe, happy and supported is my top priority so please do give me a call for a chat to see if I am the right fit for you, I always love getting to know you more and hearing about your story.
