How do we work together?
We start by understanding your goals whether that’s:

  • Boosting energy and improving sleep
  • Resolving persistent gut issues
  • Enhancing healthspan and longevity
  • Sharpening physical and mental performance
  • Changing body composition (fat loss, muscle gain)

From there, I craft a personalised, evidence-based programme, then we work together through several action → outcome → adjustment loops until your progress is maximised.

EXAMPLE PROGRAMME GOALS

Men's Health
We will use functional testing to gain actionable insights first into your very personal biomarkers. Then we will deploy the full force of small shifts, daily habits, supportive routines, foundations and ways of eating and moving that suit you. You can be confident of meaningful positive change.

Body Composition
Forget the “weight loss at all costs” approach. That is never sustainable nor healthy.

We focus on building muscle, protecting bone health, and achieving a truly healthy weight. Losing weight is only part of getting healthy. Your plan will flex around your habits, confidence, and lifestyle, so it’s realistic, sustainable, and effective.

Healthspan Optimisation
You don’t need a specific health issue to take action. If your goal is more vitality, longer-lasting health, and reduced risk of chronic disease, we’ll build a programme that enhances your healthspan, helping you feel better now and decades from now.

Sports Nutrition
As a former competitive athlete and WABBA-qualified Personal Trainer, I know how to use nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and testing to push your performance further. Whether you’re training for strength, endurance, or general fitness, I can help you achieve your best.

Bottom line: If you’re serious about taking control of your health, performance, and longevity, I can build the plan, guide your actions, and ensure you achieve results that last.

Let’s make your goals happen — together.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and BANT Registered Nutritionist also registered with the CNHC. This simply means that I am bound by a professional handbook and code of conduct, so you can be sure you are working with a regulated, insured professional.

I am also a WABBA Personal Trainer with a special interest in the areas of physical and mental performance and leveraging the full scope of lifestyle medicine (exercise, movement, sleep, mindfulness and more) in addition to nutrition.

From my first career, spent working as a Human Resources architect for and oil and gas major, I carry over the discipline and professionalism that ensures I will do what we agree upon, on time, and always offer you the challenge and support you welcome.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Further information

Our process to work together would look like this:

Step 1. Discovery Call (free)

Step 2. Confirm a best-fit programme for you

Step 3. I learn all about your goals, challenges, enablers and blockers

Step 4. We select the best options to find and address the relevant root causes or the biggest levers for positive change

Step 5. We apply your changes, observe, reflect, and adjust as needed

That first step - the Discovery call - is how we learn how strong a match we are for one another as client and practitioner. If we proceed you will help me understand your goals, nutrition, lifestyle and environment. I will use a whole-person, client-centred functional medicine approach to devise opportunities and priorities to prepare a health optimisation plan for you. Each time we hold a consultation we will review your outcomes and update your plan.
