About me
Healthspan Optimisation - Body Composition - Sleep & Stress Optimisation - Natural Testosterone Support - Physical and Mental Performance Improvement
Engaging me as your expert nutrition and lifestyle medicine advisor, you can choose between change focused programme packages starting from £450 and a Sustain programme (continuous support and improvement) from £475
Shaped by your goals, enablers and constraints, we will build you a personalised, science-based, actionable programme, then reflect and adjust this through several loops of action, outcome and adjust until you are satisfied with progress.
For example, your goals may include:
- Improve energy and poor sleep
- Find the root cause of gut issues and remedy them
- Improve your overall healthspan
- Enhance your physical and mental performance
- Change your body composition (lose fat, gain muscle)
If you are looking for a professional to work with you long-term I also offer a Sustain programme more suited to run and maintain, detecting any problems early and ensuring you are doing the right things, and doing them right.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BANT Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and BANT Registered Nutritionist also registered with the CNHC. This simply means that I am bound by a professional handbook and code of conduct, so you can be sure you are working with a regulated, insured professional.
I am also a WABBA Personal Trainer with a special interest in the areas of physical and mental performance and leveraging the full scope of lifestyle medicine (exercise, movement, sleep, mindfulness and more) in addition to nutrition.
From my first career, spent working as a Human Resources architect for and oil and gas major, I carry over the discipline and professionalism that ensures I will do what we agree upon, on time, and always offer you the challenge and support you welcome.
Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists.
There are different BANT membership classes, including Full Member, Fellow Member and Student Member.
All BANT practitioners must have met the required standards of training, be fully insured and adhere to the BANT Code of Ethics and Practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Information about health conditions (*)
Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Whilst diet and lifestyle are the primary tools, I will also suggest any functional tests and supplements of high value to you. If I have access to discounted rates for anything I recommend I will enable your access to these.

Further information
Our process to work together would look like this:
Step 1. Discovery Call (free)
Step 2. Confirm a best-fit programme for you
Step 3. I learn all about your goals, challenges, enablers and blockers
Step 4. We select the best options to find and address the relevant root causes or the biggest levers for positive change
Step 5. We apply your changes, observe, reflect, and adjust as needed
That first step - the Discovery call - is how we learn how strong a match we are for one another as client and practitioner. If we proceed you will help me understand your goals, nutrition, lifestyle and environment. I will use a whole-person, client-centred functional medicine approach to devise opportunities and priorities to prepare a health optimisation plan for you. Each time we hold a consultation we will review your outcomes and update your plan.
