About me
Barbara Goldberg, MSc, BSc (Hons) Registered Nutritionist (RNutr.) based in London and online.
I specialise in personalised nutrition support for weight management, improved energy, digestive health and overall wellbeing, helping clients make food and lifestyle changes that actually fit their life - not restrictive plans that don’t work long-term.
Alongside my academic training, I am NHS-trained in motivational interviewing, a proven, evidence-based approach that supports sustainable behaviour change. I have extensive experience facilitating focus groups, community workshops, and public health nutrition programmes, helping individuals and communities build healthier relationships with food.
My approach combines scientific expertise with practical, real-world strategies to support long-term health, weight management, and positive lifestyle change.
- achieve sustainable weight loss and weight management
- reduce reliance on ultra-processed foods
- manage dietary preferences such as vegetarianism/veganism
- build practical routines for eating well during busy or stressful periods
- help with challenges in feeding toddlers
Nutrition is more than calories - it’s how you eat, when you eat, and how food fits within your real life challenges. Together we will uncover your personal triggers and barriers and develop achievable, evidence-based strategies that create lasting results.
I also work with organisations to deliver corporate wellbeing seminars and practical nutrition workshops that help teams improve productivity, boost workplace wellbeing, and make healthier food choices every day.
Whether you’re seeking individual support or nutrition education for your workforce, I’d love to help you find the right path to a healthier, happier life.
"I cannot recommend Barbara high enough. She went above and beyond to offer practical solutions to tackle aspects I was struggling with (like easy to prepare foods for my vegetarian diet) and made sure I understood how to read labels and some key information for me to be able to make good decisions when buying food. In my case, she also recommended some vitamins that were missing from my diet. Barbara's very knowledgeable and she does really care about each individual's journey and offers great support to her customers that's specific to their needs." Cintia | Previous client
