About me
I help adults who feel failed or overwhelmed by traditional diet advice.
I specialise in supporting adults who are Autistic or who have ADHD to build nourishing and sustainable food routines to optimise general health and to manage medically complex diets and symptoms, without overwhelm.
What we can work on together
- Making medical diets workable for real life (PoTS, MCAS, histamine intolerance, T2 diabetes, reactive hypoglycaemia, IBS, ME/CFS, EDS, hypermobility and more)
- Supporting eating patterns shaped by sensory, appetite and energy differences (safe foods, decision fatigue, planning, shopping, cooking)
- Managing dietary change when tracking or restriction is triggering (history of eating disorders, medical trauma, diagnostic uncertainty)
- Rebuilding a calmer, safer relationship with food (binge or emotional eating, guilt, confusion, burnout from advice)
How I work
Many of the people I work with have been told to ‘just try harder’ or ‘follow this diet plan’, despite having very real barriers. They come to me for realistic plans built around their individual needs.
- Neuroaffirming and gender-affirming – your identity is respected and centred
- Weight-inclusive and non-judgemental – the focus is on your health and wellbeing, not body size.
If you are unsure
If you’re wondering whether I work with something you haven’t seen listed, you can ask. You won’t be brushed off, and you’ll get a thoughtful reply from a real person (me).
