About me
Fuel Your Ambitions Without Sacrificing Your Health
You've built a successful career. You train hard, eat relatively well and try to make healthy choices, yet your energy isn't where it should be, your body composition has plateaued, and you're wondering why it's becoming harder to stay lean, focused and confident.
This isn't a willpower problem. It's often a disconnect between what your body needs and what it's telling you. I know, because I lived it, training hard, eating "well" by every rule I knew, and still running on empty, still watching the mirror tell a different story than the effort I was putting in.
What changed wasn't more discipline. It was understanding the physiology behind how I felt: blood sugar, hormone balance, recovery, and nutrient status instead of counting calories or adding another workout. That's the approach I now bring to every client, as a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist looking beyond quick fixes to what's actually driving the plateau. Where appropriate, functional testing helps uncover the root causes that standard advice often misses.
My programmes are designed for ambitious professionals aged 35+ who want more than temporary weight loss. Together, we'll build a nutrition strategy that supports sustainable fat loss, lean muscle, consistent energy, sharper thinking, healthy skin, resilience to stress and long-term vitality.
This isn't another restrictive diet. It's about learning how to fuel your body so you can perform today while protecting your health, confidence, self-esteem and independence for decades to come.
Six months from now, you're not trying to get through the day. You're sharp in client meetings, strong in the gym, and not thinking about food between meals, just eating, and getting on with your day. That's a body that feels strong, healthy and capable, not just for now, but for life.
