As a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist, I use a personalised, science-led approach, looking beyond calories and quick fixes to optimise the foundations of health, including hormone balance, digestion, metabolic health, recovery and nutrient status. Where appropriate, functional testing helps uncover the root causes that standard advice often misses.
My programmes are designed for ambitious women and men who want more than temporary weight loss. Together, we'll build a nutrition strategy that supports sustainable fat loss, lean muscle, consistent energy, sharper thinking, healthy skin, resilience to stress and long-term vitality.

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including massage, aromatherapy and nutrition.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

You can pay monthly for flexibility and the minimum term for The Realign Method is 3 months for lasting results. The hardest part is starting, now is the best time to improve your health for good.
