About me
I believe nutrition should help you better understand your body, not leave you feeling overwhelmed or restricted.
With more than 10 years of experience across research, clinical practice, and the nutrition industry, including specialist work in food supplements and product development, I combine evidence-led nutrition with a thoughtful, root-cause approach to help clients make sense of their symptoms and find a realistic way forward.
As a Brazilian nutritionist based in London, I bring an international education and experience supporting clients from different countries and cultural backgrounds. I offer online consultations in English and Portuguese, creating a caring and empathetic space where clients feel heard, supported, and involved in the process.
My aim is to bring together evidence-led nutrition and functional medicine principles, translating complex information into clear, practical guidance that fits real life. Rather than pursuing perfection or unnecessary restriction, we work together towards changes that feel achievable, sustainable, and appropriate for your individual needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 10 years of experience in health, nutrition, and well-being, supported by extensive professional training in nutritional therapy and naturopathic medicine.
I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Naturopathic Medicine from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. My studies included anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, nutritional science and clinical practice.
I have also completed further training in Lifestyle Medicine: Nutrition and the Metabolic Syndrome through Harvard Medical School and hold an Advanced Dietary Supplements Advisor qualification.
I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and am a member of BANT and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP). I also undertake regular continuing professional development in weight loss, chronic conditions, autoimmune diseases and mental health.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
