About me

Listening to your body and responding to its signals is one of the most powerful acts of self-care.

If you feel tired, overwhelmed, confused by conflicting nutrition advice, or frustrated that your health concerns are not improving, you are not alone — and you do not have to navigate this on your own.

I am a fully qualified Registered Nutritionist (Public Health) with a Master’s degree in Food Science & Nutrition and a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner (BSLM/IBLM). I support individuals and families in making sustainable, evidence-based changes that improve health, energy levels, and overall well-being. My approach focuses on addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms.

I work in a supportive, collaborative way, translating the latest scientific evidence into clear, practical guidance that fits real life. My consultations are thorough yet easy to understand, and all recommendations are tailored to your personal health history, lifestyle, and medical care.

My approach

During your initial consultation, we will explore your current and past diet, lifestyle habits, health history, medications, treatments, and any food-related challenges. This ensures that all recommendations are safe, personalised, and complementary to any other care you may be receiving.

Following this, I will create a personalised action plan with realistic and achievable goals. You will receive a tailored nutrition programme, including practical dietary guidance and suggested recipes, alongside lifestyle recommendations covering:

Physical activity
Stress management
Sleep and recovery
Emotional wellbeing
Behaviour change strategies

I aim to help you build habits that are effective, enjoyable, and sustainable over the long term— not short-term fixes or restrictive approaches.

Plant-based, vegetarian & specialised dietary approaches

I support clients following vegetarian, vegan, whole-food plant-based, dairy-free, or wheat-free diets. I ensure nutritional adequacy while helping you enjoy a varied, satisfying diet without unnecessary restriction.

I am a member of Plant Based Health Professionals UK and work with a plant-forward, evidence-based approach, always considering individual needs and preferences.

Sport, movement & lifestyle integration

In addition to my nutrition qualifications, I am also a Personal Trainer and Pre- and Postnatal Fitness Instructor. This allows me to integrate nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies into a cohesive plan, helping clients safely and effectively improve strength, fitness, and confidence.

I also support individuals seeking sports nutrition strategies to enhance performance or manage health conditions alongside training.

Working together

If you are ready to make meaningful, sustainable changes to your health and would value personalised, compassionate, evidence-based support, I would be delighted to work with you.
