About me

Start your journey to wellness today

Everyone is unique and I create programmes that are specifically tailored to your needs and health goals. Whilst advising on a wide variety of health issues, I aim to get to the root cause of the matter to help you feel the best you have in ages.

When was the last time that you felt fully well and energised? Wouldn't you like to feel that way again? I know how you feel - I've been there. After spending more than 20 years working in a corporate environment, I moved into Nutritional Therapy after diet and lifestyle changes helped me to improve my own health successfully – and I want to share the experience.

My one-to-one consultation programmes are based on a 12-week time frame. This gives us the opportunity to understand your health concerns fully, to address any underlying imbalances, and to make real and lasting change.

Quite simply, I offer an effective programme that’s specifically designed to your lifestyle, tastes and needs. It will allow you to achieve your health goals in a way that is safe, practical and easy to manage. I’ll also be there for you with coaching, motivation and accountability along the way.

Book a free 30 minute health review with me today and have time to discuss your health concerns and goals. I will give you some take away health strategies that can make a difference right away.
