Yoga, nutrition and hormone harmony workshop spa day in Bristol
I have teamed up once again with my lovely yoga teacher to bring you a day of relaxation and inspiration. Enjoy an uplifting morning yoga session to energise and stimulate your energy levels, followed by refreshments and a workshop on how to optimise health to support hormonal balance. We will consider the various stages women go through hormonally and what to do to optimise hormonal wellbeing whatever the phase. You'll learn about the importance of hormone balance, the signs and symptoms of imbalance and effective ways to restore balance through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
Whether you are struggling with weight gain, cravings, mood swings, fatigue, menopause, perimenopause or just interested in supporting general health by ensuring hormonal equilibrium then this work shop is for you.
We will end the day with a slower-paced yoga and meditation practice focusing on gentle movements and relaxation techniques and a Yoga Nidra session.
A delicious, nutritious plant-based lunch will be served along with treats and refreshments. And there will be exclusive use of the outdoor sauna, plunge barrel and hot tub for our small, friendly, group!
Entering Sensate Spa takes you into a different world whilst remaining in a large city! You are sure to leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and yet energised!
