About me
Hi, I’m Lisa, a Registered Dietitian based in Hampshire, offering online and in-person consultations.
I specialise in gut health, eating disorders and complex nutritional needs, supporting both adults and young people. My approach is evidence-based, compassionate and tailored, recognising that nutrition is never just about food.
With extensive experience across acute hospital, community and mental health settings, I work with individuals experiencing digestive symptoms, disordered eating, menopausal weight and digestive concerns, neurodivergence and medical conditions requiring structured nutritional support. I combine clinical expertise with a calm, collaborative approach so you feel understood and confident in your plan.
Appointments are personalised, practical and realistic, focused on sustainable change rather than restrictive rules.
Alongside 1:1 consultations, I deliver corporate wellbeing workshops, training, clinical supervision and speaking events to support healthier workplaces.
If you’re looking for clear, professional guidance delivered with empathy and structure, I’d be pleased to support you.

My clinical background includes senior roles within colorectal and surgical dietetics, mental health and CAMHS services, paediatric dietetics, and rotational hospital practice managing diverse medical caseloads. I have worked autonomously within multidisciplinary teams to assess nutritional risk, interpret biochemical data, and develop structured, individualised nutrition care plans in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
My experience includes:
Specialist colorectal and post-surgical nutrition care
Gastrointestinal disorders and functional gut conditions, including IBS and complex digestive symptoms
Mental health and eating disorder dietetics, including CAMHS services and weight restoration support
Paediatric nutrition across acute medical specialities
Oncology and medical nutrition support
Malnutrition management and complex nutritional rehabilitation
Nutrition support through perimenopause and menopause
I work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and bring this structured, evidence-based and psychologically informed clinical approach into private practice.
Alongside 1:1 consultations, I deliver corporate wellbeing workshops, professional training and educational speaking events.
