About me

I'm a Registered Nutritional Therapist with almost 10 years of experience in working with hundreds of women.

My main areas of specialism are in working with perimenopausal and menopausal women, helping them to manage their symptoms using nutrition, targeted supplements (if required)and changes in lifestyle so that they can improve their energy, get better sleep, lose weight, and feel more like themselves again.

I provide 1-to-1 services ranging from a 1-hour consultation to a 4-month programme, all on Zoom. Plus I run a small-group, 7-day programme complete with recipes, support and guidance 4 times a year.

Training, qualifications & experience

I received my Nutritional Therapy qualification from ION (Institute of Optimum Nutrition) in January 2017.

Since then I have worked with hundreds of clients, both in my own Nutrition Clinic (Zara Watt Nutrition), and during the 5 years I worked as a Nutritional Therapist for Happy Hormones for Life (alongside my own business).

I am registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine), and have full insurance.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information

I offer a free, 30-minute phone call so that you can tell me exactly what is going on for you, what you have already tried, and what your goals are, and we can see if we are a good fit for each other.

Both of my 1-to-1 programmes have the option of a payment plan if required.

Further information

My services include my signature, 7-day group programme, 7-Day Reboot, which is run 4 times each year, and is designed for women who want to learn more about how to eat to support their hormones, with simple tasty recipes provided plus a private WhatsApp group where I support and guide all the participants. Many of the ladies return each season to do the new 7-Day Reboot.

I offer a 1-off, 1-to-1, 1-hour Zoom consultation for ladies who want to get really clear on 1 particular aspect of their nutrition, or who want to focus on 1 symptom or issue they are experiencing.

I also have a 6-week, 1-to-1 programme where we go into more detail on fine-tuning your nutrition and lifestyle habits to manage your hormonal symptoms and help you get on with living your life.

And I offer my signature, 4-month, 1-to-1 programme The FREEDOM Method - devised by me, based on my almost 10 years of experience of working with hundreds of women, and including my 4-pillar framework. In this programme, we focus on all aspects of hormonal health, and add functional testing in if appropriate. This is my gold-standard programme for women who really want to get the most out of midlife and beyond.
