I'm Yasmin Latif, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, specialising in women's health, weight management, gut health, blood sugar balance and healthy ageing. I help women over 40 understand what their body needs and make realistic, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that improve their health, energy and overall wellbeing.

I support women experiencing changes in their weight, energy, digestion, hormone health and overall wellbeing through evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching. I use evidence-based nutrition and practical lifestyle strategies tailored to their individual needs.

As a woman in midlife myself, I understand how upsetting it can be when your body changes, your energy disappears and your confidence suffers. I am a certified health coach from zest4life.

I continually update and progress my training, education and research.

I have degrees in BSc (HONS) Social Sciences and MSc Information Science from City University.

I have collaborated with organisations to design and deliver tailored nutrition programs.

As a TEDx-trained speaker, I focus on motivation and female empowerment. My work includes guest appearances on the "Lambeth Made" podcast and Instagram Live with Amirah Zaky, as well as articles for Amaliah. I have also been a guest speaker in webinars discussing perimenopause and menopause.

Currently I'm collaborating with Feel supplements.

Prior to pursuing a career in nutrition I was a full time mum to 5 beautiful children.
