About me
I’m an ANP-registered Nutritional Therapist, supporting clients one-to-one to improve their health and wellbeing. I use diet and lifestyle strategies to correct systemic imbalances and optimise nutrient status, helping to resolve underlying health concerns and support long-term vitality. My key areas of focus are women’s health, hormones, and gut health, and I use genetic and private lab testing to create personalised, evidence-based plans for each individual.
