About me

I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in Devon. My clients chose whether they want in person meetings or if it is easier I do consultations online. After getting to know my clients and taking a thorough case history I put together bespoke easy to follow health plans that will promote long term beneficial change.

I have a very down-to-earth, practical approach to all health plans and I believe this is why I run a busy clinic, offering practical solutions, tips, and lifestyle advice.   It is really important to make all new diet regimes acheivable for each of my clients, and I take time to ensure the practical application of health plans is appropriate, which helps my clients gain the best results.

I am trained in Functional Medicine testing, which I believe can help target a clients health plan. Retesting is a great way to assess the success of a health plan. However, testing is not always necessary because of the time I spend getting to know my clients and their health history.

Two tests that I run frequently are Comprehensive Stool Testing to assess digestive capacity and hormone testing via the DUTCH test.

I believe no problem is too small if it impacts a person's daily life. Imbalance within our bodies manifests itself in many ways.

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to anyone who would like to find out how nutritional therapy can help.

Information about health conditions (*)

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.

Additional information

I offer bespoke packages and payment plans to suit the individual.

I usually work with my clients for 3-4 months, some longer. This way I can update health plans and monitor progress, as well as providing all important  motivation and accountability.

However, I also offer a one off in depth consultation that will give an individual information and guidance that they can implement themselves.
