About me

Nutrition, without the nonsense!

I’m Vicky Dagnan, a Registered Dietitian & Nutrition Coach. I support people to eat well, feel good, and stop keep starting over. Whether you’re aiming for weight management through diet or weight loss medication, remission from Type 2 Diabetes, living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or, navigating hormonal changes, I’ll help you build habits that fit your everyday life.

Straight-talking, evidence-based support that’s practical, kind, and results-driven, no guilt, no detoxes, no fads.

About me and how I work

My approach is evidence-based, practical and kind. After 15 years working in NHS hospitals, GP surgeries and across community projects, I’ve learned that lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes, it comes from understanding your habits, your body and your lifestyle.

Sessions are relaxed, realistic and completely tailored to you. We’ll focus on what works in YOUR world, not a unrealistic perfect one! We'll take time to make sure you understand the 'why' behind my advice, and together we  work through those sticking points that can make dietary changes so blooming difficult.

Expect clear explanations, honest feedback, and no judgment (or detox teas).

Professional, evidence-based nutrition that fits into your life, not the other way around.
