About me

Hi, I'm Tracey, a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in Nantwich, Cheshire, working with clients across the UK through online consultations.

I believe nutrition should feel simple, realistic and supportive, not restrictive or overwhelming.

I work with people who want to improve their overall health and wellbeing, whether that means achieving a healthier weight, improving their relationship with food, increasing their energy levels, navigating hormonal changes, or simply feeling more confident in the choices they make every day.

Many of my clients are women in midlife who are experiencing changes in their body, energy, sleep, confidence and weight. My role is to help them cut through the confusion and create a personalised approach that works for their lifestyle and goals.

My interest in nutrition became deeply personal after supporting my mum through serious health challenges, and later discovering that I carry the BRCA2 gene mutation myself. This experience strengthened my interest in the role nutrition and lifestyle can play in supporting long term wellbeing and helped shape my compassionate, practical approach to working with clients.

There is no one perfect diet and no one size fits all solution. I take the time to understand your unique circumstances, challenges and goals so that together we can create realistic changes that feel sustainable and enjoyable.

If you are looking for friendly, evidence informed nutrition support that fits into real life, I'd love to hear from you.

Nutritional therapy can help enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
