About me
I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist with experience supporting individuals on their weight management journey through evidence-based, compassionate care. My practice is rooted in helping people build sustainable habits to support long-term health and wellbeing, with a particular focus on behaviour change and positive relationships with food.
My background includes delivering detailed health assessments and working extensively with bariatric surgery patients in the post-operative phase. I support clients in navigating dietary changes, building balanced eating patterns, and achieving healthy, sustainable weight loss.
I also have experience working with individuals using GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), offering tailored nutrition guidance to complement their treatment and promote lasting lifestyle change.
In addition to specialist weight management support, I provide general nutrition education and work with those who have struggled with yo-yo dieting or disordered eating patterns, helping to rebuild a positive relationship with food and body.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your eating habits, or feel more confident around food, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental approach that puts your goals and wellbeing at the centre.
