About us

Third Sister is a London-based dietetics practice specialising in personalised diet plans for women’s health. From weight loss and hormonal balance to digestive health and overall wellbeing, we help real women navigate their unique challenges through compassionate, science-led nutrition. Whether managing PCOS symptoms, complementing medicalised weight loss, or simply wanting to feel your best, we’re here to guide you towards lasting results.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Registered Dietitian with the HCPC since 2017.
  • Member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) since 2017.
  • Master’s in Nutrition and PG Dip in Dietetics from King’s College London.
  • Completed clinical training at St George’s Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the food & beverage and FoodTech industries across the UK and Asia.
  • Founded my women’s health dietetic practice in February 2024 to address the underrepresentation of women in medical research and healthcare.
