About us
Third Sister is a London-based dietetics practice specialising in personalised diet plans for women’s health. From weight loss and hormonal balance to digestive health and overall wellbeing, we help real women navigate their unique challenges through compassionate, science-led nutrition. Whether managing PCOS symptoms, complementing medicalised weight loss, or simply wanting to feel your best, we’re here to guide you towards lasting results.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Registered Dietitian with the HCPC since 2017.
- Member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) since 2017.
- Master’s in Nutrition and PG Dip in Dietetics from King’s College London.
- Completed clinical training at St George’s Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the food & beverage and FoodTech industries across the UK and Asia.
- Founded my women’s health dietetic practice in February 2024 to address the underrepresentation of women in medical research and healthcare.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 14 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
