About me
Hi, I’m Tara!
My goal is to help you achieve your optimum level of health through positive nutrition and lifestyle choices. I will encourage and inspire you to make small but valuable changes to your daily routine, empowering you to take ownership for your own health and wellbeing.
By working together we can, and will, accomplish the outcome you desire, leaving you feeling energised and revitalised for many years to come.
Training, qualifications & experience
I specialise in working with clients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME and Fibromyalgia, however I also support clients with a range of other conditions and symptoms including IBS, Diabetes, Hormone balance, Histamine Intolerance and more.
My own personal journey with nutrition began with a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome some 10 years ago now. I learnt first-hand the impact of my diet and lifestyle choices on my health and energy levels and since that time I have embarked upon a path to redirect my career into the field of Nutritional Therapy in order to support others with their health. Presently I am working across Norfolk and Waveney delivering group sessions for the National Diabetes Prevention Programme as well as coaching clients privately on a 1-to-1 basis as a Nutritional Therapist.
I have a Graduate Diploma in Integrative Functional Nutrition from ION and I am registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) as well as the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Prior to that I earnt a BSc (Hons) in Biological Chemistry along with an MSc in Cancer Chemistry.
