About me

I specialise in supporting clients with digestive health, blood sugar balance, mental wellbeing, and resilience to stress. My approach is evidence-based and personalised, focusing on realistic, sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit into everyday life. I’m dedicated to helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create lasting balance, clarity, and vitality.

Working with me:

I provide a non-judgmental, supportive space designed to empower you to build healthier habits that positively impact your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Following your consultation, you’ll receive a fully personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.

I recognise that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We are all biochemically unique, which is why your programme will be tailored specifically to your individual needs and current health picture.

You can expect an up-to-date, evidence-based plan that goes beyond recommendations alone. Where appropriate, this may include clear targets, shopping lists, essential pantry items, simple recipe ideas, meal plans, and links to trusted resources to support implementation.

Online Consultations: I offer online consultations via secure video call, so you can connect with me from anywhere. Depending on your health goals, support may be provided through a one-off consultation or a tailored package designed to match the level of guidance you’re looking for and your individual symptoms and needs

What to expect in your first session?  Your first consultation lasts 60 minutes, allowing ample time to take a comprehensive case history and explore your current health concerns and symptoms in detail.

I will consider: Lifestyle and dietary habits
                           Medications and supplements
                           Family and medical history
                           Fitness levels and movement patterns
                           Previous health experiences

We’ll also explore key areas such as digestion, energy levels, sleep patterns, and overall wellbeing.

Getting Started: We begin with a free 15-minute introductory call to discuss your goals, needs, and whether my approach is the right fit for you.

Once you’ve selected a package, you’ll be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and provide a seven-day food diary, allowing me to prepare thoroughly for our first session.

If you’re ready to take the next step, or have any questions, click the button to book a complimentary introductory call to see how we can work together.
