About me
I am a registered nutritional therapist specialising in children, from newborns right up to 18 years of age. I see clients online or at The Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre. I studied at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition and am a member of the regulatory bodies, BANT and CNHC.
My journey to nutritional therapy is deeply personal, shaped by my own diagnoses of an autoimmune disease as a child and neurodivergence as an adult. Becoming a mother furthered my interest in children’s health, leading me to seek further training and specialise in this area. I'm passionate about helping families navigate health challenges by using personalised, evidence-based nutrition advice. My approach is practical and realistic, enabling families to achieve long-term success that is suited to their needs.
Below are some of the things I commonly support families with:
- Gut issues
- Reflux
- Weaning guidance
- Fussy/restrictive eating/ARFID
- Autoimmune disease guidance
- Neurodivergence
- Allergies
- PANS/PANDAS

If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting nutritional therapy or making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle.
