Are you struggling to (re)gain your health? Nutritional Therapy, Food/ Environmental Sensitivity Testing, ASYRA Health Screening (digital kinesiology) & other Naturopathic Advice available to help with all health conditions including those affecting digestion, hormones, energy levels, skin, joints, weight loss/ gain, and emotional wellbeing.
I am a BANT and CNHC registered Nutritional Therapist who utilises both dietary advice and a range of naturopathic advice/ techniques to aid clients to overcome health problems. As well as nutrition, I have a keen interest in homeopathy and other 'energy medicines'; and am especially interested in helping clients to use a multitude of healing techniques and insights (both ancient and new) to assist with overcoming long-term health problems. Indeed, I specialise in helping clients to have a deeper understanding of their health issues, and why they might have occurred on a number of different levels, through my Healing Way programmes and sessions.
In addition to working with dietary changes to help clients improve symptoms, I also offer ASYRA Screening. This is a fantastic, quick and easy method of helping to identify a range of imbalances in the body which might be contributing to symptoms. Basically, the ASYRA is bioresonance machine which operates as a digital kinesiology (and homeopathy) device, and can be used to help highlight what areas of the body need support. In this respect it can be extremely useful if you simply do not understand how and why your symptoms have come about. Indeed, in conjunction with an analysis of your symptoms based on my nutritional experience, it can help to identify imbalances such as nutritional deficiencies, hormonal & neurotransmitter imbalances, toxins & pathogens, food & environmental sensitivities, and organ imbalances (eg thyroid, adrenals, liver for example.)
It can then help to recommend very targeted vitamins/ minerals/ herbs etc and homeopathic remedies to work with over a 6 week period or so to improve specific symptoms and help rebalance systems and organs in your body. In fact, a bespoke homeopathic formula - made specifically according to your needs - is included in every consultation.
ASYRA Screenings can be done in person or using a hair sample, so this service can be offered to all UK residents, and those living abroad too, without the need of attending in person. Children and babies, and even animals, can benefit from ASYRA testing also.
I hold clinics and appointments in person in Glastonbury, Bath on a regular basis; and also in Cheltenham once a month. Please do contact me to find out more.
