About me
I'm a registered Nutritional Therapist, specialising in digestive and hormonal health, as well as burnout and fatigue related issues.
I believe that good health starts by valuing yourself and listening to your body. I know looking after your health and making your wellbeing a priority can be hard. It is often easier to take care of others and focus on their needs more than your own.
I'm on a mission to help my clients thrive, not survive and make great health more accessible. You don't have to make Insta worthy salad bowls to nourish your body better. We are all busy, we all have different tastes, different lifestyles and different cooking skills. I believe in supporting each of my clients as an individual and making sure that they seen and heard without judgement. My advice is always tailor made, this is not a one-size-fits-all quick fix.
I'm a qualified Nutritional Therapist, a nutrition lecturer and a certified Metabolic Balance Coach, and I'm here to help you feel the best version of yourself. I've always loved good food. Sometimes I have lots of time to spend cooking fabulous meals, other times I need to put together something quickly just to be able to nourish my body and move on. This is why I don't do fad diets, I use real foods, and I work with you to create realistic, sustainable plans.
I started my business nearly 20 years ago because I saw a real need to offer actionable, realistic nutritional therapy to busy people. My approach is science backed, always personalised, and I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and graduated in 2006 and have been working with clients ever since.
I'm passionate about keeping my knowledge up to date, and regularly attend lectures and workshops on the latest developments in the field of nutrition and health. I have completed The Institute for Functional Medicine Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice course.
I’m a full member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the professional body and seal of excellence for clinical nutrition practitioners. As a member, I follow their high standards of practice and ethics. I am also a full member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the UK's regulator of complementary healthcare practitioners ensuring the highest of standards in complementary medicine.
