About me

Are you looking for nutritional support for health conditions? Would you like to lose weight or have more energy? I am a clinical Nutritionist for What's Eating You nutrition and a member of BANT and CNHC and am fully regulated. I have been running my clinic for over 7 years, and see people with a wide range of concerns and goals. I run a healthy weight loss and lifestyle programme which shows you how to eat forever rather than diet.

What will I eat?  Will I spend hours cooking?

Don't worry that you will have to eat weird foods or spend hours in the kitchen, I want healthy eating to be as easy and affordable as possible.

What about supplements?

I do use supplements, but only where necessary and within your budget. If you don't like tablets then liquids and powders are an option.

How often will I have to see you / how many sessions?

Most people have 1 or 2 follow ups (unless on weight loss programmes) but you don't have to sign up for an expensive package and we can determine together how often you see me.

Some people just want to check how they could improve on their eating, discover ways to cook fast, feel better, look great and gain more energy. Changing the way you eat can change your life!

My first consultation takes between and 60 - 90 minutes and gives me the opportunity to gain as much information as I can about my patients, so that I can work out the best way to support them. I will then work out a tailor made food plan that fits in with each individual's lifestyle. I use laboratory tests where applicable to give evidence based answers. Follow up appointments are 4 weeks later unless on a weight loss programme where you will be seen fortnightly.

I work mainly from my clinic in Lambourn which covers Swindon, Grove, Didcot, Faringdon, Shrivenham, Newbury and Abingdon, and also from clinics in Wantage and Hungerford.
