About me
Specialising in Living Nutrition, I created Nature to Nurture Nutrition & Recovery to offer guidance and to support you throughout your personal journey.
I have a special interest in helping parents and children, inspired by my own experiences of dealing with my own unwell child. I also have a keen interest in helping those who need help navigating hormone changes, weight Loss, suspected food allergies/sensitivities or gut issues/imbalances.
I am passionate about helping others and always able to offer a professional & non judgemental safe environment.

- Member of the Complimentary Medical Association.
- FNTP Registered.
- Fully Insured.
Member organisations
The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners is the fastest growing body for practitioners of nutritional therapy in the UK. There are two types of membership: Full Member and Student Member.
Members must be insured, and agree to abide by the FNTP Code of Professional Conduct & Ethics and the Disciplinary & Complaints Procedure.
